Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice has been prepared to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: first name, last name, phone number, email address.
• Request content: the subject and message you write in appointment request and contact forms.
• Newsletter: the email address you enter in the newsletter form.
• Transaction security: IP address and browser information processed temporarily to prevent misuse of the forms.
• Usage data: statistical information that does not identify you, such as pages visited and device and browser type; and, if you have given consent, data collected through analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy for details).

Important: The forms on the website are for preliminary information and appointment requests. Please do not write health data about your illness, diagnosis or treatment in the forms; this information is collected at the examination, in accordance with patient confidentiality rules.

3. Purposes of processing

• Receiving and evaluating your appointment and information requests and contacting you.
• Answering the questions you send through the contact form.
• Sending newsletters and informational messages if you have consented.
• Ensuring information security and preventing misuse and unauthorized access.
• Fulfilling legal obligations.
• Analyzing and improving website usage if you have consented.

4. Legal bases

Your data is processed on the grounds in Article 5/2 of the KVKK that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for fulfilling a legal obligation, and that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms; and, for the newsletter, analytics cookies and transfers abroad, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Method of collection

Your data is collected by automated or partially automated means through the forms on the website, email, phone calls and cookies.

6. Transfer of data

Your data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to website hosting and email infrastructure service providers, to authorized public institutions and organizations, and to legally authorized private persons. The website is hosted on servers located in Europe. If you give consent, analytics data is transferred to Google and may be processed on servers abroad.

7. Retention period

Your data is kept for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

By applying to the data controller, you can exercise the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
• To request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• To request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK and to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages if you suffer losses due to unlawful processing.
